$3330 AUDD’Bora is a traditionally constructed Indonesian vessel which was custom-built for surf charter operation and has been on the water since 2007. D’Bora stands out among surf charter boats for her spaciousness, particularly her outdoor top deck and indoor saloon. The top deck is great to hang out, eat meals and watch the action, complete with a beer fridge and stereo system. The saloon has a large comfy sofa, TV, a hard drive chock full of movies and a breakfast bar.
There are two private cabins and a dorm providing a total of 16 berths, however trips are usually limited to 10 guests max. All the interior areas of the boat are air conditioned and there are two bathrooms at the back of the boat. 24/7 electricity is provided by two generators and there is a full array of safety gear and navigational equipment on board (including satellite phone, HF and VHF radio, radar, GPS, sounder, 25-person life raft, flares, life jackets and fire extinguishers).
The 17-ft aluminium tender ‘singo’ runs a 175-hp outboard to run between breaks, go fishing, and diving. There is also the 14ft tender ‘ali’ for shuttling to and from the waves and time out on the beach.
If you want a charter with all the knowledge, gear, and a A+ reputation to match, then don’t look past the D’Bora!

Parked in the North Indian Ocean, long range ground swells travel miles and unload in a tropical paradise full of amazing people, waves for all levels, palms and coconuts aplenty.
Indo has 2 seasons, wet and dry. Dry season has the most consistent winds and larger swells but don’t be fooled, if you know where to look there are amazing waves year round.
Sure wet season can be wet, but so can getting pitted in an uncrowded reef break with your mates. Off season can deliver amazing waves and we are as passionate about this time of year as any.
If you are an absolute charger then large dry season swells and heaving 8-10 footers at No-Kandui will be your dream. However, if you love hanging with your mates, sinking a few beers, and perfect shoulder to overhead points and reefs then do not count out the shoulder season.
Here’s a guide to the waves which you might get to surf during your trip. Our operators have years of experience and will do their best to ensure that you’re in the right place at the right time. If you’re lucky they might even let you in on some of their secret spots too!
*Note that this charter can also visit both the Banyak’s and Telo’s (additional fuel surcharge applies). If you would like to arrange a trip to these regions, please contact us.
